I have recently completed two transactions with Jen, one as buyer of a property for my own occupancy and the other as a seller of a rental property. Jen was terrific for both. For the rental property and to arrive at a proposed listing price, she did a thorough review of comparable properties that had recently sold in the area, assessing their income, condition and location. She presented those to me in an organized and understandable manner. For the purchase, she presented and explained recent sales of like properties in the area where my acquired property is located. She was very accommodating and timely in arranging for showings, both for properties that my partner, Sherri, and I wanted to see and also for prospective buyers of my rental property. She coordinated a number of inspections for the property that I bought and was helpful in negotiating some difficult issues and conditions that surfaced for the rental property (which was older) that I sold. She is unmatched in her responsiveness to phone, text and email messages. She explained in detail and with clarity provisions in the contracts and other documents that we had to process for the two transactions. She is unconditionally honest and I will be using her for a third transaction in the near future. I couldn't have asked for better expertise and assistance.
