We were out of town buyers who contacted Roger and Susan after reading on-line recommendations like this one. We felt very fortunate to have ended up with them and hope that this helps others in their decision. They were just what we were looking for.... great market knowledge, professional, informative, patient, and not at all pushy. Their communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. We were relocating from Florida so, other than coming out for a house hunting trip, everything was done remotely. From negotiating the contract, getting through the inspection process, obtaining repair estimates, and finally closing on the property, Roger and Susan were always there to help. In addition to coaching us through the process, providing valuable insight along the way, and keeping everything on track, they made frequent trips out to the property to meet with vendors and inspectors on our behalf.
