Where do I even begin. Coming to Colorado, we were lost on where to move, so I found Phil online and after just 1 phone ring he answered when other agents sent me to voicemail. Immediately I knew he was the guy for my job by introduction alone. Being in a rare position, Phil took the entire transaction from start to finish in a very linear and straightforward path, which is what every person looks for in a stressful time. Giving us multitudes of options relating to timeline, housing, and areas along with enough breathing room for the time to think we found a house within such a short timeframe that it felt like we did it over a weekend.
