She was also able to recommend a moving company as we were moving out-of-state (Solid shout-out to Watson Moving and Storage, what a great experience!) and we easily settled into our new home. Closing was flawless, even arranged a Notary to come to our new home to sign all the papers and legalities and all paperwork was overnighted to Ft Collins.
