Kimberley Hattem always kept in communication with us. She was always updating us to let us know what was going on. Her knowledge of the real estate market is wonderful! Even if there different obstacles to consider, she explained them to us very well. She has great negotiation skills and points out things we did not consider. Kimberley is very professional. Once again, Chrissy nailed it for us. She explained how and what to prepare and expect throughout the process. Full price offer within hours of first open house. Accepted! Chrissy also has a team on call to help finish up your property and that was a huge asset. She was also able to recommend a moving company as we were moving out-of-state (Solid shout-out to Watson Moving and Storage, what a great experience!) and we easily settled into our new home. Closing was flawless, even arranged a Notary to come to our new home to sign all the papers and legalities and all paperwork was overnighted to Ft Collins. Kim has been a Godsend for us through a challenging 16 months trying to sell our house after we had already moved. Without Kim’s professionalism, knowledge and willingness to do things for us that I would not have expected from any realtor I don’t know how we would have managed, she basically looked after our house over an extended period, kept us up to date, advised us on price and strategy, negotiated, and provided us with as much feedback on contracts as was needed. I’m originally from Britain where a flat fee of around $2,000 is paid to the realtor so I have always felt the fees in the USA were ridiculous. Having met and worked with Kim, I can honestly say she was worth every penny and realistically, a lot more! I cannot imagine there is a more professional, effective, knowledgeable, ethical, hardworking, personable realtor on the planet.

Kim always demonstrated that she had my best interests in mind while being fair with negotiations. She is detail oriented and made sure all language in the contract was clear. Kim helped me understand what buyers are looking for and how to best prepare my home for sale. Kim also knows the market well, so I didn’t overspend on updates. She did a great job! I highly recommend Kim!

Tina is an excellent agent! She treated our deal with care and provided white glove service. When prepping for the staging, photography and aerial footage, I caught her outside pulling weeds to make the backyard look terrific. She kept us informed and provided us with every detail.
