She was incredibly upfront about expectations we should have going into the buying process but also was optimistic we would find something. I don’t think we would have found a house as quickly as we did without her and she walked us through every step of the process. As first time home buyers, she made the intimidating task of finding houses pain free and was well researched about the property when we got there. I can’t thank her enough for helping us.

I engaged Lisa to sell my existing home in highlands ranch and also assist in finding a new property in Fort Collins area. I listed my home at a very crazy time in the market but that brings a new set of challenges. In two days I had 64 showings and 24 offers. Lisa was at every showing and did an outstanding job in prepping my home and displaying it through her brochures. The challenge in receiving that many offers is that they usually have short timeframe to accept or decline. Additionally, the highest offer is not necessarily the best offer. Lisa did an excellent job in laying out the offers, pointing out the pros and cons and recommending a solution. I chose an offer and was closed in two weeks with no “challenges” On my new home requirement I had worked with a local realtor in Fort Collins but hadn’t been able to locate that perfect match. I asked Lisa to assist and literally the first home she recommended I chose. I was closed in 30 days with no challenges. It’s sometimes difficult to get strong, efficient service from a realtor but if you choose Lisa you will never regret it
