Where do I start with our work with Nicole? Not only is she patient, she's knowledgeable and truly looked out for us every step of the way. She kept us in the loop about every step, and there was no guess work (other than dealing with another sellers agent who had questionable motives) The seller's agent we purchased from was so unprofessional , tried to sneak things into our contracts we hadn't agreed on, was calling Nicole at 11 at night to change things. And she was a trooper about dealing with him, and found everything in the contract that was wrong and wasn't going to roll over and take any crap from the seller. Thankfully by the end, we ended up with a beautiful home because of Nicole. I'm forever grateful for her, and there should be no question when using her!

Nicole is basically the perfect agent. Great communication, awesome marker knowledge, a great advocate, and a wonderful person. I'm so blessed that we crossed paths. I know she'll be there for us should anything come up with our new build, but it's been great, thanks to her recommendation. I can't thank her enough! Blessings be upon her house and everything that she puts her hand to do!

Kaitlyn made my first home buying experience such a great one - she was involved in every detail, knew exactly the right questions to ask, and provided helpful advice every time I needed it along the way! She made the whole process easy knowing she had my best interests in mind the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We have purchased 2 homes in the past year with Kaitlyn Clark as our buyer agent. The first purchase was for our own home, the second purchase was for a rental home and involved a 1031 exchange. She did a lot of research to find the most suitable properties for us. Kaitlyn is very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, has great communication skills, and is a good problem solver. Both transactions were complicated and Kaitlyn handled every issue that came up with thoughtful expertise in a professional and timely manner. She was always available to interact with us, other agents, and the title companies involved to get things taken care of expeditiously. So happy we chose Kaitlyn to represent us and will be referring her to friends and family!

Kaitlyn just sold my house. It was a great experience. She was very communicative, always answer my questions, even late at night. She is incredibly professional and always on time for showings. She is knowledgeable about the market. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
