We met Chrissy 2 years ago when were extensively searching for a great real estate agent to represent us in purchasing a home in Fort Collins. Having been a realtor myself in the past, we had lots of detailed questions on Chrissy's experience, communication style, and processes. Chrissy was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily and we felt she would be a great agent to represent us. We were not wrong. Chrissy had double duty as we lived out of state and needed her to be available for specific times when we flew into town and for video showings when we weren't able to be in town. She was always accommodating and we never felt like we were a burden to her. The type of house we were looking for was in short supply in Fort Collins, but Chrissy delivered and we are very happy in our new home. Besides the typical realtor duties, Chrissy also had great references for contractors, restaurants, and fun things to do in Fort Collins (since we were new to the neighborhood). Angie spent a good deal of time with us to understand what we were looking for regarding property size, accessibility, budget, and amenities. She set up search parameters, and revised them several times as our thoughts changes as we viewed properties. Viewing properties was a multi-day endeavor due to the travel distance (over an hour away) and the number of properties we found that could possibly fit our needs.
