Chrissy helped the reviewer sell this property

Very pleasant but very focused on her task of selling our house.

Chrissy put up with me for a very extended time while I was waiting on court orders allowing me to sell my house. While I could not actually accept Chrissy as my agent until the court orders she worked with me, suggested what I should be doing to get the house ready for sale and would advise me with contacts that could help. Both my ex-wife and I had to cooperate in the selling of the house and we both lived outside of Colorado but Chrissy coordinated everything to make this as easy as pie. I was so impressed with the number of tools she had in her toolbox and she knew how to use them. With every problem that came up she was on it and knew the solution. I just trusted her with all suggestions and she delivered. Full asking price in a market that is down due, in part, by higher interest rates, didn't have to travel back to Berthoud for signing papers. Chrissy just made everything easier. I would highly recommend Chrissy to ANYONE who has a home to sell or purchase. Both my ex-wife and I agree that Chrissy was a perfect choice.
