We really appreciate all Chrissy did to sell our house in a tough market! It was a challenging process but she helped us navigate it so well.

I bought my first home in 2019 with Angie, and sold that same home in 2026 with Angie. One thing she does better than any other agent I have worked with is /explain/ things. She had the patience to walk me through every line of the contract and answer any questions or hypotheticals (there were many) I had along the way. In addition, Angie was instrumental in preparing my home for listing. We walked through the the home and she pointed out every details that would be either an easy fix, or a great value add. Beyond that, she coordinated all aspects of the repairs/work, staged the home, and checked in regularly. She has a well-connected network that you can rely on. Angie is a professional first and always puts your interests ahead. I was lucky enough to work with her during my time in Colorado, and hope to return in the future.

She went through our contract line by line with us and was completely transparent and honest. We will not use another agent as long as we’re buying a home.
