You may know me as a fellow student of Denver South High, or growing up in the Corey-Merrill Neighborhood, you might even remember me from a little-known tavern, Bonnie Brae. But did you also know I’ve been selling & buying Real Estate in Denver for over 20 years? My interest in real estate began in 1986 with the purchase of my first home. After subsequent real estate purchases throughout metro Denver, including two 4-unit condo complexes, I decided to make a career out of my love and knowledge of Denver real estate. I am an active member in the Denver community, and co-owner of the popular SE Denver landmark eatery, the Bonnie Brae Tavern, which has been in my family for over 85 years. Kathy is a superb real estate agent! Highly recommend!

Kathy is very hard working, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, honest and knows how to get business done! Michelle went above and beyond with amazing communication and compassion!

Michelle was extremely helpful and very compassionate and caring. She went above and beyond and helping us sell our house. Michelle even helped watch our son so that we could take care of cleaning our house to get ready for showings. She helped keep our house presentable while we moved out of state to Arizona. Michelle also took the time to help us sell our hot tub and helped coordinate hiring an electrician. she helped us every step of the way and even made us a basket to take on our road trip when we were moving back to Arizona in addition to that she sent us a beautiful housewarming gift for our new home and kept us updated every step of the way we will forever. Be grateful for Michelle and all of her help if you’re looking for a compassionate caring, and someone who goes above and beyond Michelle would be a wonderful choice for your Realtor.

I have bought and sold many houses. Laurie is by far the best realtor I’ve worked with.

Laurie is extremely professional. The situation ended up being highly contentious and difficult. She handled all of it with grace and ease. I found her to be a person who has very high integrity, responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with and the ability to stay calm and professional in very difficult situations. I can’t recommend her highly enough. I will always refer people to her and she is the only realtor I will work with going forward.
