You may know me as a fellow student of Denver South High, or growing up in the Corey-Merrill Neighborhood, you might even remember me from a little-known tavern, Bonnie Brae. But did you also know I’ve been selling & buying Real Estate in Denver for over 20 years? My interest in real estate began in 1986 with the purchase of my first home. After subsequent real estate purchases throughout metro Denver, including two 4-unit condo complexes, I decided to make a career out of my love and knowledge of Denver real estate. I am an active member in the Denver community, and co-owner of the popular SE Denver landmark eatery, the Bonnie Brae Tavern, which has been in my family for over 85 years. Danny stuck with me for over a year of house hunting!

I started looking for a house in the Denver area a year ago. I made 3 trips to Denver from Washington state to look at the area and decide where I wanted to live. Every single time, Danny was there to chauffer me around. We ended up looking at over 60 houses. Danny never complained or pressured me, he just guided me along the way, giving me his priceless knowledge about the area and each house I looked at. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional and great negotiator, call Danny Fulton! He negotiated with the other agent and got me everything I wanted and more!

Easily the best realtor we've ever used

We have moved over a dozen times, mostly associated with our careers. In total we have worked with more than a dozen selling and over a dozen buying realtors - Lauren was easily the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She asked in depth questions about what we were looking for in a home and what if anything we wanted to try and avoid. She truly wanted to understand what made a great property in our opinion. She was a great communicator, super responsive and understood why some homes we looked at fell short of our expectations. She worked tirelessly to ensure we found the right property. She was assertive in representing us, while also being realistic about the market, managing sellers/agents expectations, etc. and helped us navigate a quite involved purchase of our new home all the way through to closing (and beyond). She was nothing short of amazing. There is not one area where I would suggest to her she focus on improvement. If you are looking for an agent in the CO Springs area I would suggest you give her a call. We certainly will when the time comes.
