Jim was referred to us by a neighbor and with hundreds of realtors to choose from, why him? Great reviews don't mean anything unless you back it up and Jim proved it all! From first contact to last, he was always there and honest about the whole process. From having great photos and beautiful spread on HOMES.com that really showed off our house! In a tight market, we put on market on a Wednesday night and following weekend after 10 showings we sold it for pretty close to asking price. Next came all the time he spent looking for new house, from Divide and Woodland Park, thru the Springs, Monument,Larkspur, Castle Rock and Castle Pines and Parker he figured out quickly what we wanted and did not want! Ended up finding the most awesome home in Monument and now I'm sitting here on my new patio enjoying the birds and beauty of our new home! Thank you Jim! He proved his 5 stars and you will be blessed to get to work with him!!!

We had such a great experience working with Jim! He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. We always felt confident that he had our best interests in mind and truly appreciated his guidance and professionalism. He made the home-buying experience so much easier, and we couldn’t be happier! We would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We loved working with Malaika! Every panic episode we had she was always right there to calm us down and explain things to us. She made a painful process a lot less painful and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Staging, cleaning, professional handymen, recommendations, marketing strategies, photography professionals, and all communication was top notch. Stephanie brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, provided weekly updates and feedback from showings and buyers realtors and worked with me to get the best outcome. She listened and followed up on my concerns which made trusting that she had my best interest in mind, absolute. When the inspection returned some issues that needed resolved, she provided a list of professionals when I asked for some. I don’t trust many people but Stephanie earned my trust throughout this process to the point that I was asking for her advice, guidance, and opinions. She gave me space and time to think about options and made sure the agents were updated when I asked for more time. Her feedback was essential to making everything go smoothly. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Michelle was very supportive, helpful and a wonderful advocate. She has innovative ideas and is willing to step in and help out as needed to get my house sold. I was living out of town when the house was put up for sale and she communicated with my renter and me in a timely and friendly fashion. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for someone to help buy or sell their home.

Linda has many connections with the local tradesmen and she has excellent relationships with designers and others who helped prepare our listing to garner top dollar. She also goes the extra mile with personal matters that helped make us feel more relaxed during a very stressful time. Linda is a hard worker and I would definitely use her services again.

For what would have been a difficult sell for different reasons, Mick approached our case with patience, class, dignity and professionalism. His presence and hard work made the entire process of selling our first home of almost 13 years a bit easier. Thank you for the hard work.

Shaylin was an absolute breath of fresh air. She kept us up to date EVERY step of the way letting us know exactly what had to happen and when. Her ability to simplify what can be a complicated transaction was extremely impressive. She’s the only agent we’ll use moving forward! Highly recommend!

Adrian was extremely wonderful to work with. He was very receptive to our needs and goals. It was a pleasure working with him and purchasing our property. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, basically my own property princess.

Irving was incredible to work with throughout the entire process of selling our home. From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to answer our questions and guide us through every step. His expertise and understanding of the market made a huge difference, and thanks to his strategy and professionalism, our home sold within just a few days of being on the market! We always felt supported and informed, and Irving made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Charles has been our real estate broker and, at our recommendation, our family members’ broker for 6 real estate transactions (purchases and sales) over the past several years. Charles is experienced, knowledgable, and professional. Very personable, always a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the market and market trends, attention to detail, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills have made each of our real estate transactions smooth and seamless from start to finish. We’re always confident we’re in the best of hands with Charles as our agent.

I have nothing but good things to say about my agent, Ryan Smyle. When working with my family, he was very patient and did not push us at all to make a decision despite us taking about two years of his time looking at houses! He showed us many beautiful homes, but we just were not ready and Ryan patiently told us to take our time until we found exactly the right home. He is extremely.knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from working with him. This is despite the fact that I had purchased multiple homes in the past, my husband was in the real estate business, and I thought I already knew a lot. Ryan’s thorough knowledge of. the real estate market was extremely helpful. He is an excellent communicator and always follows through on what he promises. He did an excellent job of negotiating for us and in fact, got us several hundred thousand dollars off the original asking price for our home. Ryan went above and beyond and helping with whatever was needed not just closing the deal on a home. I can’t imagine working with another agent.

Landon was incredible to work with. Being a first‑time buyer, I asked more questions than I can count, and he handled every single one with patience and clarity. No matter the time or day, he was there to help. He made the whole process feel way less overwhelming and genuinely cared about getting me into the right home.

My best way to describe Landon bellum is that he's very patient we looked at a lot of homes and was very knowledgeable but most importantly a sense of family since he's lived in Castle Rock he knows the area really well we've been here since 1989 and we appreciated his conversation about his family and growing up in Castle Rock area seeing as we have been here so long we actually have a friend that works for Remax that we've worked with for the last 30 years but we thought it was a change and especially after we looked at a home last year with Landon and we really connected with him thank you so much Landon for hanging in there and being very patient with old people. We will very highly recommend every chance we can for friends and family to use Landon as a real estate agent can't speak highly enough to how great he was to work with. Sincerely, Renee and Jamie Green
