Jim helped the reviewer buy this property

He proved why he has 500+ 5 star reviews

Jim was referred to us by a neighbor and with hundreds of realtors to choose from, why him? Great reviews don't mean anything unless you back it up and Jim proved it all! From first contact to last, he was always there and honest about the whole process. From having great photos and beautiful spread on HOMES.com that really showed off our house! In a tight market, we put on market on a Wednesday night and following weekend after 10 showings we sold it for pretty close to asking price. Next came all the time he spent looking for new house, from Divide and Woodland Park, thru the Springs, Monument,Larkspur, Castle Rock and Castle Pines and Parker he figured out quickly what we wanted and did not want! Ended up finding the most awesome home in Monument and now I'm sitting here on my new patio enjoying the birds and beauty of our new home! Thank you Jim! He proved his 5 stars and you will be blessed to get to work with him!!!
