Cliff was our buyers' agent. When we started the process, I asked my wife to make a list of everything we wanted in a house. After a month, we found a house that met our criteria, but it went under contract before we could put in an offer. He helped us search for months before finding a suitable replacement. When we found the property, the seller's agent was barely competent (significant errors in listing, like the wrong number of bedrooms, or including appliances that the owners didn't want to leave). The contrast in professionalism was obvious, even not having met the other agent, and we felt sorry for Cliff having to deal with her. Cliff walked us through the process and managed the paperwork needed for the contract. He kept following up and helped with negotiating mitigations that the seller had agreed to but didn't do. He also helped post-closing when we discovered damage that had been done after the inspection.

Cory was awesome to work with, and I would recommend him 10/10 times to anyone who is in need of a relator. He is honest and always has your best interest in mind when buying a home. He truly wants to find the right home for you. We had an awesome experience and will definitely use him in our future selling/buying journey.

I highly recommend working with Dave Richins to help you with your home sale or purchase. Having a realtor who understands the market, understands your neighborhood, and understands you is always important. But it's critical when the market is tough, which it is right now. We went through a roller coaster of ups and downs with potential buyers who couldn't or wouldn't follow through with their promises. She even had snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated as we were traveling.
