Best realtor ever

Holly was the best person we could’ve had on our house buying journey. I’ve personally known holly the majority of my life and when it came time to buy a house she was the first name that came to mind. She only showed us what we wanted to see and made sure to stick to our budget if not under. She handled negotiations seamlessly and I can confidently say this the easiest house buying experiences I’ve ever witnessed.

Knowledge and experience was fantastic.

We went into this with not knowing what to expect. After meeting with Shell, Steve really took charge and listened to our goals. All of our timelines were met including a offer after 37 days on the market. We had no idea how much work to expect at this point, but Steve kept the ball rolling while letting us know what to expect each step of the way. At the end of the process, with the help of Steve, we had achieved all of our goals, including not only the sale of of our home, but also closing on our new home on the same day. We would highly recommend Steve Avery for anyone looking for guidance with home sales.

Darcy is amazing! Her support and knowledge sold our house!

It is a tough and strange market in real estate right now and we truly experienced it! Darcy was always thinking and challenging the struggles. She did a great job marketing! We had 38 showings in 6 weeks and the right buyer came along. We learned that Millennials want to move in and live. They are not agreeable to remodeling and want to see a lot of houses! We learned patience and Darcy really helped us be patient and encouraged us! She is fabulous! 😊
