When we started shopping for our new home, Tim knew every potential pitfall and soil issue on each street we toured. He was also extremely diligent throughout the paperwork process, aided by his knowledge of potential issues in the area. We set some bold goals for the price, location and features, and I think we checked off every single box, including the absolute perfect location.
