Jessica Cress was great. Jessica is very knowledgeable with regard to all the particulars of buying and selling a house. In my situation, I had recently lost my husband, and asked that Jessica be patient with me, which she absolutely was. We had lived in the house for 37 years and had 37 years of accumulated, precious belongings. It took months to move these precious belongings out of the house and off the property. I was grateful for all of Jessica's help and knowledge and would highly recommend her.

I used Marlene as the sellers agent on a home inArvada. She did a fabulous job of marketing the home, using wonderful photos, great descriptions of the home, including neighborhood details in the zillow ad, and marketing the home to areas recently affected by fires to expand the buying pool She priced it to attract as many buyers as possible. We had over a single weekend 85 showings and 8 offers. She laid out each offer carefully vetting the buyers as to ability to close and helping me select the right offer. During the closing process she picked up some missing carbon monoxide alerts for us and she helped us with a bedroom door that needed work. She went above and beyond to get this deal closed including meeting with the appraiser to help make sure there were no snags with the price versus loan. She and anne kept us in the know in all things effecting the price, the open house, the offers, and all the way thru the closing. While not a simple closing as we live in another state, she went above and beyond to help us with arranging the closing date, having workers at the house, picking up needed items that we couldnt do to distance, and was communicative, professional, and pleasant all thru thr process. Damon is well versed on the technical nuances of what the buyer needs to know as well as courteous and informative with his knowledge. He proceeds with confidence and is specific with the market. He can walk into your home and in a few minutes has a synopsis on the strength of appeal that will interest the buyer. As far as the seller, I felt assured his prompt actions was a positive benefit. I would never hesitate to recommend him and Tanya as great people to work with who can close the deal.

Tammy was excellent to work with. Not only were here fees significantly less than any other realtor she was also able to be reached. I would have questions day and night and she would always respond quickly. The many suggestions she had I am sure helped my home sell more quickly.

I had conversations with another realtor, a friend of a family member, prior to contacting Duff. This realtor informed me what the house may be worth and indicated that they already had a buyer and that the buyer was willing to pay what the realtors perceived worth was. I had an appraisal done, and the appraisal was significantly higher than what the realtor had communicated the value would be. Their buyer suddenly came into unexpected money and was therefore willing to pay the appraised value. At this point, there were too many red flags for me and I contacted Duff. Long story short, I ended up with approximately 20 percent more in sale proceeds than if I would have went with the original realtors recommendation. Duff was in constant contact with me throughout the process.
