This was my first time purchasing a home, and Jennifer has been incredible. She truly had my best interest in mind and provided education and knowledge along the way without ever pushing me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. After closing Kristi continues to be on the job - help with missing mailbox key, obtaining reimbursement for cleaning hidden carpet stains, following up on all inspection objections, recommending contractors for additional work needing to be done etc. Her involvement doesn't end at the closing table.

I think I'm a pretty smart person. I make my way through life, paying bills, wearing pants in public, and usually have matching shoes. Amazing, I know.
