Shelby was very prompt in communicating all correspondence and deadlines with us, being very easy to talk with. Seemed to always be working, keeping up with the odd timelines/deadlines of this industry. She is always thinking of new ways to promote your property as necessary. Helping us with our very unique property was an added challenge but took it on without hesitation. Has a vast knowledge of the market, with many resources to pull from. Shelby was amazing to work with in selling my house. I moved to another state for work and depended on Shelby probably more than most home sellers in Colorado will but I can't thank her enough for being available mornings and evenings to answer my questions and providing updates on the sales process. I appreciated her honesty in giving me feedback on the house and what she felt was needed to sell it. Repairs cost money and I told her I trust her advice and will do what is needed to sell. I don't remember the exact date when my house was put on the market with Shelby but it sold relatively quickly. I started with a different realtor and I wasted months on the market until I was connected with Shelby through a coworker. Selling a house is stressful and you don't realize how much a good realtor is worth until you find one like Shelby. I moved for my job but if I ever come back to the Denver area, I will hire Shelby again.
