Shelby was amazing to work with in selling my house. I moved to another state for work and depended on Shelby probably more than most home sellers in Colorado will but I can't thank her enough for being available mornings and evenings to answer my questions and providing updates on the sales process. I appreciated her honesty in giving me feedback on the house and what she felt was needed to sell it. Repairs cost money and I told her I trust her advice and will do what is needed to sell. I don't remember the exact date when my house was put on the market with Shelby but it sold relatively quickly. I started with a different realtor and I wasted months on the market until I was connected with Shelby through a coworker. Selling a house is stressful and you don't realize how much a good realtor is worth until you find one like Shelby. I moved for my job but if I ever come back to the Denver area, I will hire Shelby again.
