Quick to get back to you via email Or phone call. If she doesn’t’ know, she is quick to find the answer. Quick to ease tension, stress/ anxiety, strong communication skills. Highly recommend her if you are selling fast or have a lot of anxiety lol.

Shelby was very prompt in communicating all correspondence and deadlines with us, being very easy to talk with. Seemed to always be working, keeping up with the odd timelines/deadlines of this industry. She is always thinking of new ways to promote your property as necessary. Helping us with our very unique property was an added challenge but took it on without hesitation. Has a vast knowledge of the market, with many resources to pull from. She has a unique understanding and vision of potential for specific properties. I would recommend anyone thinking of selling and/or buying to meet with Shelby.

Shelby was amazing to work with in selling my house. I moved to another state for work and depended on Shelby probably more than most home sellers in Colorado will but I can't thank her enough for being available mornings and evenings to answer my questions and providing updates on the sales process. I appreciated her honesty in giving me feedback on the house and what she felt was needed to sell it. Repairs cost money and I told her I trust her advice and will do what is needed to sell. I don't remember the exact date when my house was put on the market with Shelby but it sold relatively quickly. I started with a different realtor and I wasted months on the market until I was connected with Shelby through a coworker. Selling a house is stressful and you don't realize how much a good realtor is worth until you find one like Shelby. I moved for my job but if I ever come back to the Denver area, I will hire Shelby again.

Valerie knows the Golden area very well and followed my wishes regarding making the selling process go smoothly. I had an older home in a great area and I did not want to do a lot of remodeling, so I sold it as is. She had some great ideas about what I could do with staging and brochure photos using my furniture. She determined an asking price that was to my satisfaction and was targeted to sell quickly. I had 2 firm full price offers after the first open house and it's debut on the multiple listing service. She handled all the paperwork and arrangements for the closing. She also had a person who emptied the house after I had moved and got rid of all the old furniture and things I didn't want. Made my move as easy as possible. Thanks Valerie!
