Al was very personable and had my best interest in mind when selling my home. He freely gave his opinion and recommendation on how to stage the Home and what he felt would be best to get a quick sale. Taking his recommendations the house sold in 3 weeks. The only concern I had was Al seemed to be late for the scheduled open houses. Usually arriving 5 minutes or less before it began. But, he said he would sell the house in 30 days and he definitely surpassed that! I would absolutely recommend him as a realtor.
