I can't express how appreciative I am of Al Parker. This was a tough property to sell but Al pulled it off. There were many hurdles but Al constantly went above and beyond to smooth them out. I couldn't have done this without his expertise and guidance. I highly, without any hesitation recommend him to anyone looking at real estate.

We were relatively new to the area and Al helped us find houses in a different areas to find the place for us. His knowledge of homes and their inner workings led us to get an idea on what we were working with each time we looked at a new home. Great communicator and always there for any questions we had.

Communication with buyer's agent was handled and coordinated in a timely manner. Listing photos were completed quickly and professionally. All documents were assembled and kept from original purchase of property.

Al is very prompt with everything he does and is very detail driven. I asked a million questions during showings and the closing process and he always explained things fully and with a smile. His knowledge of every aspect of what he does is genuinely astounding. He is incredibly professional but is very personable at the same time. He became someone I look up to in a lot of ways. Nothing was a surprise in the process, he made sure every step was outlined with a solid timeline and helped me set realistic expectations for every step. He truly went above and beyond for me and I cannot articulate how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to work with him. I would strongly recommend Al.

As first time buyers my husband and I felt overwhelmed.  We had heard so many horror stories of dishonest realtors-- were warned they would lie, cheat, and steal to close the deal as fast as possible.  Al couldn't be farther from this description.  He was patient-- took the time to understand what we wanted and was so generous with his time and expertise.  He was knowledgeable-- steered us away from houses with obvious red flags (cracks and water damage) and more subtle ones too-- proximity to highway sounds or industrial zoning.  He managed to make a highly stressful situation actually (dare I say it?) fun.  He rolled with my occasional cynical humor and our screaming children like a champ.  And he got us our house! He has earned his honest reputation and forever changed our minds about realtors.  We're converts and lifelong members of the Al fan club.
