I used Bob to sell my house in Highlands Ranch. Even though it was a challenging market in which to sell a home, my house was one of the few that sold instead of lingering on the market as many did. I credit that to Bob's expertise and marketing tactics. He was great with always keeping me updated about showings and feedback from potential buyers. Once my house received an offer, he was good about talking through through the offer and counter offer, so that I felt that I got the best possible deal for my home. He also put me in contact with a realtor in the area of the country where I was moving to help me purchase a house there. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bob again and recommend his services.

Hands down the best experience selling a home. Bob and his team are so knowledgeable of the market, the area, the builders, and the overall sales process. In addition their communication and availability was wonderful and very reassuring. We felt like they cared as much as we did about our property and our family. I can’t recommend Chard enough! He made moving from out of state as easy and stress free as possible with communication on updates, answering any of our many questions, and checking in with us along the way. Not only that but he went above and beyond with the little things, like keeping an eye on our 8 month old while napping so we could really look at each of the houses he took us to. I will be recommending him to anyone needing a realtor going forward.

In 2024 at 4 months pregnant with our 4th child we went under contract on our dream house —or so we thought. We put our house on the market shortly after and within 8 days we had an all cash offer. Win! Fast forward 2 months and we get to the closing table. Our buyer signs the documents but their funds never came in, the next morning we lost the dream house. This is at the end of 2024 and coming into an election and the end of the year, the market was awful. We pulled our house off the market (with 90% of our house packed) and decided to try again in the spring of 2025. Throughout this whole process Mike had our back and worked his a** off to make a really horrible situation (that was not his fault) bearable. Spring 2025 we lost our house and the market had shifted a bit.. we put an offer on a house that made our dream house from last fall look like a stater home. Our offer on the new house was on lower side, and we were skeptical it would work out... this new house was so incredible. Mike worked his negotiating magic and got us the house of our dreams. We moved in last week and are still pinching ourselves that he made this happen for us. Mike is the kind of realtor that's in the trenches with you, he's grinding for you and your family so you can focus on what matters. It's an incredible thing finding the perfect house to raise your family in. What began as a horrible situation in the fall of 2024 turned into the best blessing of our lives in 2025 —and this was all thanks to Mike Burns and his amazing team!
