We’ve worked with Christine twice now. First when we bought our condo 5 years ago and again when buying our home, and both times were great experiences. She really knows what she’s doing and made the whole process easy for us to understand and enjoyable. She helped us find homes in the school district we wanted and with most of the features we were looking all within our budget. She was able to negotiate with the seller of our current home to take care of many of the problems that would have been costly to fix, like replacing the roof and damaged siding, and still kept the price of the home at asking along with the addition of seller credits to buy down our rate. What we appreciated most was how honest and helpful she was, she pointed out things that could be possible deal breakers in some of the homes we were interested in, such as possible foundation issues and mold problems. Christine also gave us simple, affordable ideas to fix up the not so great stuff like spray painting the front of our outdated fireplace with heat resistant black spray paint to make it look more modern. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We highly recommend Christine if you’re buying or selling!
