And Chris promoted the listing across all major platforms. But the real surprise for us was the open houses. Saturday and Sunday every week, Chris held open houses and actually found our buyer through them. COMMUNICATION - Chris is a concise and speedy communicator. We were never in doubt about what he and his team were doing or what we should be doing to make the sale process effective.
