Chris Jackson was a joy to work with. He worked hard to achieve our goals and got a full-price offer in the timeframe we needed to close on our new build. He stands out among all the other realtors we’ve used in several ways. MARKETING - Chris hired the best photographer we’ve worked with, who produced stellar, golden-hour pictures and video (including drone video) of our home. And Chris promoted the listing across all major platforms. But the real surprise for us was the open houses. Saturday and Sunday every week, Chris held open houses and actually found our buyer through them. COMMUNICATION - Chris is a concise and speedy communicator. We were never in doubt about what he and his team were doing or what we should be doing to make the sale process effective. He texted and called right away if we needed anything or if there were any developments on the sale. DILIGENCE - Chris never dropped the ball, and on the one occasion that one of his vendors slipped, he fixed the situation effectively and immediately. ATTITUDE - Like most, we sometimes found the sale process stressful. But Chris approached every interaction and every situation with a mix of energy, levity, and professionalism that put us at ease.
