Juhi offers some great suggestions and will work with you however your style of house hunting is. She's great at guiding you through the process and will communicate when deadlines are approaching. I'm not the easiest person to communicate with so she did a great job.

I can't say enough positive things about Juhi Johnson. She demonstrated her market knowledge by pricing the house right and it sold for 99.8% of the asking price. Along the way we uncovered a plethora of problems, and Juhi proved her expertise in solving them. Her database of contractors and "fixers" is awesome, and she worked tirelessly to resolve every problem. Along the way she communicated constantly and explained all the Real Estate nuances in clear, concise language. She negotiated some sticky problems with the buyers to their and my mutual satisfaction. I'd recommend her for your home sale any time and any place, though her knowledge of the Willow Creek neighborhood makes her a definite "go-to" agent for this area, especially. Oh, and she's not afraid to get her hands dirty, planting some welcoming flowers in planters to enhance curb appeal. THANK YOU, JUHI!

Juhi demonstrated excellent real estate market knowledge. Juhi communicated clearly all the steps in selling my property and offered help or answering questions during the entire process. Juhi has a Steller work ethic with great attention to detail and very thorough. It was a pleasure to work with Juhi, and I would gladly work with her again. I will recommend Juhi to anyone I know who needs an experienced real estate agent. Therese

Bill was responsive and marketed our home through many avenues. The drone video was excellent! He guided us through improvements that were necessary and unnecessary. He was spot on. He held an open house and we had an offer the next day! He and his staff scheduled all the companies that were needed to complete the sale. We will and have refered Bill Maher to those who need an excellent realtor. Thank you Bill and your team!!
