Along the way we uncovered a plethora of problems, and Juhi proved her expertise in solving them. Her database of contractors and "fixers" is awesome, and she worked tirelessly to resolve every problem. Along the way she communicated constantly and explained all the Real Estate nuances in clear, concise language. Monica is a knowledgeable go-getter who got us into our dream home! Our starter home (also purchased with Monica!) was a was no longer working for our long term goals of expanding our family.
