Renae was absolutely amazing! The process of buying a home is stressful and overwhelming at times-especially when you don’t have much experience with it. Renae was there at every step, making sure we not only understood what was going on, but she proactively asked questions and took care of issues with sellers that we never would have even thought of. She was available anytime, day or night. In fact I’m not sure if she sleeps! She truly had our best interest at heart and we were 100% confidant that she was going to do anything and everything she could to get us our dream home. Whether the buyer's agent or seller's agent, she works with you through every step the way. You won't spend time looking at homes that don't meet your wants or needs. She studies the market to get you the best price for you whether buying or selling a home. She will work with you and the other parties from making an offer to closing the purchase or sale. She's with you every step start to finish from walking through the home, making and countering offers, smoothing out disagreements between parties, to being with you at closing. But even after closing, she's on your side to work any problems that may pop up. To work through all of the neuances and stress of purchasing or selling a home, she has a support cast that is also top notch, whether it be scheduling or financing needs. Finding a person that really works for you and is sincere, caring and dedicated about her duties and responsibilities to you her client, is a hard person to find. Linda is truly that kind of person, In fact, our daughter and son-in-law purchased and sold a home with her support and guidance.

We’ve worked with Christine twice now. First when we bought our condo 5 years ago and again when buying our home, and both times were great experiences. She really knows what she’s doing and made the whole process easy for us to understand and enjoyable. She helped us find homes in the school district we wanted and with most of the features we were looking all within our budget. She was able to negotiate with the seller of our current home to take care of many of the problems that would have been costly to fix, like replacing the roof and damaged siding, and still kept the price of the home at asking along with the addition of seller credits to buy down our rate. What we appreciated most was how honest and helpful she was, she pointed out things that could be possible deal breakers in some of the homes we were interested in, such as possible foundation issues and mold problems. Christine also gave us simple, affordable ideas to fix up the not so great stuff like spray painting the front of our outdated fireplace with heat resistant black spray paint to make it look more modern. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We highly recommend Christine if you’re buying or selling!

First, yes I should stay in one place. But the chaos of moving and working with Spencer from Landins team made every bit of a stressful situation easier. He is honest, knowledgeable about the market and super kind. He answers questions as they arise and will walk you through any questions or hesitations you have. He is a great negotiator without being pushy and you know he’s working with integrity on your behalf. Would give more stars if I could.
