We were referred to Jen from a friend. And we could not be happier with her effort and her vast knowledge from years of experience. We started looking at house a few years ago and decided to take a break with life events happening. During that time we told Jen that we were putting off the search and she was very accommodating. She continued to send us housing options throughout the years and when we finally decided to jump on a house we had to write an offer the day of. She was feeling ill while we asked for her help but she was still willing to get us the offer in on time. Through her experience she knew exactly how to handle the situation and we always felt we were getting the best bang for our buck. She was communicative and responsive during the whole process and made things very easy for us.

I highly recommend Hope for anyone needing a competent realtor. I interact with all sorts of people and can tell quickly who can get the job done correctly—Hope is that person. She helped sell my house recently, and my cousin found her. She came prepared on our first meeting with market information, expectations since it was my first sell, and what I can expect from her as my realtor. We thought my house would go under contract in 40 days since that was the market condition. Well, I went under contract the day after it went on the market! I was pretty clueless on price point and she explained it well. I’m happy with who my buyer ended up being. With specific requirements, Caroline was able to find us a house to buy fairly quickly. It met all our needs and had some bonus features which we enjoy. Selling our home was a bit more difficult. With changing market volatility, Caroline helped us align our expectations. She continued to work closely with us to offer suggestions and provide her insight. Working with Ryan was a great experience. We’ve attempted to work with a number of agents since we started our home search in 2020, and Ryan is the first one that always seemed to be in our corner, and focused on our needs over just getting the deal closed. Ryan showed us countless homes over a very long period of time, and had the same enthusiasm at the end of our search as he did in the beginning. Based on the recent sales history in the neighborhood, we were worried that it would take months to sell the home. That wasn’t the case as there was a contract on the house within a month. We also received a final offer that we were satisfied with.

When I had to sell my house, it wasn't the best time to be selling a home. Houses were sitting longer on the market, and buyers were offering less. Crystal's intuitive knowledge of the market helped me to price my home at a place that was attractive to buyers but still provided the return I needed. Additionally, her extensive experience as both a buyers' agent and a sellers' agent helped us get under contract and to the closing table much faster than a lot of other properties for sale nearby. I am convinced that I would not have sold as quickly or for as much if Crystal had not been my agent. 10/10 I would recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
