The house needed some improvements to prepare it for sale. Trey arranged a handyman to do those at a very reasonable price and worked with me to remove a few items left behind at the house. Then, when a roofer I had identified provided an estimate which seemed high, Trey got another estimate without being asked, which saved $10,000. Finally, Trey listed the house at a price slightly higher than I might have, but it was reasonable enough to receive several competing offers. He then considered the offers and communicated with the other brokers, eventually receiving substantially more than the asking price. It was good to have Trey in my corner supporting me and providing valuable advice during the sales process.
