Tiffany has been a great pleasure to work with. We are thankful for her experience and having the knowledge to negotiate difficult matters with the home selling process in a difficult market. Tiffany was effective in keeping us calm through our lengthy 9 month listing period. Her advice on price adjustments in this difficult market kept us in the game culminating with a successful sale. As an example we had rejected an offer we felt was too low. However, as the market continued to worsen she advised us to reach back out to that buyer to see if their interest in our home and the offer was still good. The buyer was still willing to make the offer and about a month later the sale was final. There were many other complexities as the closing was approaching and she handled those with great skill as well. We really did select the best realtor for our selling our home!
