She is gentle, kind, understanding, and professional without being overbearing. She has also always been consistently REAL with us, telling us when we were shooting too high, or not high enough. The market is slow right now and Kristin did a remarkable job in helping us to list the right price, not too high, not too low, just right. We had an offer the first day of listing and the first buyer bought the house at just $4,000 under asking price. She was both personal and professional.

Scott is very responsive, always quick to reply via text, phone, or email. He excels at finding the right property based on what you want and doesn't waste time suggesting homes that don't fit the bill. His negotiation skills are fantastic and he isn't afraid to write an offer below asking price and he has the research ready to back it up. Not only does he see a home sale through to the end, but even after closing he is ready and willing to assist with anything else you might need.
