Easily the best realtor we've ever used

We have moved over a dozen times, mostly associated with our careers. In total we have worked with more than a dozen selling and over a dozen buying realtors - Lauren was easily the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She asked in depth questions about what we were looking for in a home and what if anything we wanted to try and avoid. She truly wanted to understand what made a great property in our opinion. She was a great communicator, super responsive and understood why some homes we looked at fell short of our expectations. She worked tirelessly to ensure we found the right property. She was assertive in representing us, while also being realistic about the market, managing sellers/agents expectations, etc. and helped us navigate a quite involved purchase of our new home all the way through to closing (and beyond). She was nothing short of amazing. There is not one area where I would suggest to her she focus on improvement. If you are looking for an agent in the CO Springs area I would suggest you give her a call. We certainly will when the time comes.
