Lauren was exceptionally patient with us as we moved from out of state, coordinating with our other agent to sell our house, and knowing it would take us some time to pick a house. We had some silly ideas about timing, and she finessed us into a more practical and expedient path, without making us feel foolish. She also has contacts with all the tradespeople, which is a big help when moving to a new area and not knowing any trustable vendors. (She also has rapport with insurance and escrow people, making everything easy for out of staters.) Once we picked the house, we had a short escrow to coincide with the timing of our sale, and everything has worked out great.
