As a resident of Colorado Springs for 28 years, and real estate broker for 25 of those years, I know the city and the market well. Prior to moving here I worked for the Department of Energy at the Los Alamos National Laboratory as a meeting planner in the Protocol office. Fun fact about me is that I was born West Africa and later attended the International School of Kenya. After our overseas adventures, my family moved to Northern New Mexico, close to Santa Fe. (I love and miss NM green chile!) My parents having jobs overseas inspired me to work abroad, so I spent a year teaching English in Romania. My husband and I met in New Mexico and we moved to Colorado Springs in 1998 when he took a job as a firefighter with the City of Colorado Springs. We have a daughter and a son, both of whom are hockey players. My focus is on serving my clients with great attention and care. Most of my business comes from referrals, so making sure my clients are happy is of the utmost importance. I’d hire Lauren as an agent 1000 times over!

Lauren is absolutely incredible at what she does. We’ve been looking at moving for almost 4 years and had started to lose hope on finding an agent that checked all of the boxes (communication, price point, fight for us/be on our side, extensive knowledge in acreage properties). I found Lauren through a social media recommendation and she has check all of the boxes and more! She fought tooth and nail to get us under contract on a home we loved, stood her ground for us when we needed to terminate over some serious inspection items, supported us in that decision rather than just trying to get us in a home (despite it not being safe for our family), helped us get under contract on another home (with a short time frame to find a buyer for our home) and busted her butt to make it all come together. We’ve successfully closed on both homes and I couldn’t recommend Lauren more! She has checked all of the boxes we lost hope in plus some!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Laura was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply making a sale. She was always on top of deadlines, negotiations, inspections, paperwork, and all the little details that can quickly become overwhelming. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about us and making sure we were taken care of. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind and that she was fighting to get us the best possible deal. Laura went above and beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Excellent communicator

When moving to Colorado, we needed a realtor and we reached out to Laura Kramer. Laura helped us to find our home by listening and understanding our needs. Amazing agent to work with: house was under contract in 36 hours.

Lauren was amazing to work with. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Communication from Lauren and her team was amazing. We were kept in the loop each step of the way. The house was under contract within 36 hours of going live. I highly recommend Lauren.
