Tiffany was both extremely responsive and patient. She consistently provided clear detailed answers and explanations, usually within an hour or two. Her experience working with military buyers trying to purchase a house remotely was invaluable. We provided her with a list of some interesting listings and a few days later had video tours of each with no sugar coating and an impression of the neighborhood as well. I had the chance to fly into the state for a couple of days and check out the area and all her impressions were accurate to my experiences. She also advised on our initial offer and at the end of the transaction we ended up paying at or slightly below the appraisal value and closing on the perfect time line for our move. Lauren was exceptionally patient with us as we moved from out of state, coordinating with our other agent to sell our house, and knowing it would take us some time to pick a house. We had some silly ideas about timing, and she finessed us into a more practical and expedient path, without making us feel foolish. She also has contacts with all the tradespeople, which is a big help when moving to a new area and not knowing any trustable vendors. (She also has rapport with insurance and escrow people, making everything easy for out of staters.) Once we picked the house, we had a short escrow to coincide with the timing of our sale, and everything has worked out great. She’s also given great advice on how to gear for winter (new for us), watching out for us even after the sale. A trustable person, and a great agent.

Could not recommend Nicole enough! She was very adapting, flexible, and honest when it came to my husband and I buying our first home. It was difficult for us as we were lacking financially and new to such a volatile market (back in 2022-23). She’s a fighter, she’s diligent, and she truly wants the best for YOU!
