Brent and Jen know the COS area and dug in deep for our specific neighborhood to help us price out home right the first time. They helped us resolve a sewer issue found sorting inspection and then sent a cleaner after we moved out. They went the extra mile to help us be ready for the professional pictures and showings. Tiffany was both extremely responsive and patient. She consistently provided clear detailed answers and explanations, usually within an hour or two. Her experience working with military buyers trying to purchase a house remotely was invaluable. We provided her with a list of some interesting listings and a few days later had video tours of each with no sugar coating and an impression of the neighborhood as well. I had the chance to fly into the state for a couple of days and check out the area and all her impressions were accurate to my experiences. She also advised on our initial offer and at the end of the transaction we ended up paying at or slightly below the appraisal value and closing on the perfect time line for our move.
