Tiffany was one hell of a realtor! She waited patiently until I was ready to put my home on the market and when it was ready, she took over! When she took over, I had just literally moved to my new home (in another state) and she came in with her cleaners and photographer and had my house listed within a few days. She stayed in communication with me during the WHOLE process and had her contractors on the phone very quickly (for a VERY reasonable price) if something needed to be done. She was always very professional and just kind with a heart of gold. I will say that if you read your contracts and have questions or what not on the meanings of certain things she is very patient and will take the time to talk with you about it is you need to understand. I highly recommend Tiffany Carroll as a realtor and very grateful for everything she was able to do to sell my house within a month.

It was nice to find an agent willing and ready to sell our home, but Tiffany was even more than that. She was there to guide us through the process even when things were not going our way. Her marketing skills were a great asset in selling a home that I thought would be impossible to sell. She made it work with her pricing suggestions, getting repairs made and her being there, right down to the wire. We could not have been happier and highly recommend her. She's professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the market.

I highly recommend Tiffany! She took amazing care of me through the entire process of selling my home. No matter what was going on in either of our personal lives, she made communicating any and all updates to me a priority. Even through an extremely tedious battle with my HOA, she kept my wife and I in the loop on every step and never lost momentum. There was always a plan and a backup plan, and a backup to the backup plan! I cannot recommend Tiffany and her team enough to anyone looking for someone to trust with either buying or selling a home. Rest assured if you work with her, you will be well taken care of.
