We were introduced to Dave at his open house about 2 years ago when we started to look for another home. We were not in a hurry just wanted to find the perfect house. Over the 2 years working with Dave he always made time to show us homes, had great communication, and send us listing frequently. With his background he was able to give us great advise on market values. Never rushed us, had great patience and was very supportive- always said we would find what we were looking for. It took awhile but we did find it. Dave was a pleasure to work!

Dave was very attentive to all details and no doubt was the best agent we have ever worked with. We considered him not just a real estate agent but a friend as well. Highly recommend Dave for your real estate needs. We had a contract within the first few days.

I have used Greg for a half-dozen real estate transactions and refer everyone I know to him. He is always responsive whenever I text or call him. His knowledge of the industry is outstanding and his experience helps me through a complicated process. He looks for things I would never think of when looking at properties. He is always realistic and never pressures you to do anything you’re not comfortable with.

Greg made purchasing a new home very simple. He patiently scheduled numerous home tours at various locations, sizes and cost. He went above and beyond to work with seller agents to answer our numerous questions. His expertise helped guide us to making a successful bid on a new home!

Greg helped me find the perfect house, even though it took me a long time to find it. Greg never pushed to get me to buy a house I didn't want, and was a great help getting all the paperwork in order.

Our experience with Lauren was incredible. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and she was hands down the best realtor we have ever had. She was prompt, always looking out for our interest, getting the information we needed right away and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Lauren is an exceptional Realtor! She truly Went Above and Beyond for us in every area of this transaction. We recently sold our home with the help of Lauren, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. What could have been a much more stressful process felt smooth and manageable thanks to her expertise and support. Lauren provided clear guidance on how to prepare our home for the market, helped us highlight its best features, and developed a strong marketing strategy that brought in a lot of interest right away. Thanks to her hard work, we received an above asking price offer, and sold our home fairly quickly for the market. What really stood out was her communication and attention to detail. We always felt in the loop and confident knowing we had someone truly working in our best interest. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care for their clients. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Lauren did for us. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile to ensure a successful sale, we highly recommend her!
