With his suggestions I was able to sell my house in a rough market for a good price without waiting too long. He took care of many things including giving me contacts for licensed pros to take care of inspection resolution items. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Ashley is very professional and is a great communicator, she was able to handle all the nerves of two first time homebuyers and reshape them into level-headedness. Ann helped us ask questions about the property and about the inspection process that we wouldn't have thought to ask on our own and helped us understand what is and isn't our responsibility. Both of them had such a good knowledge of their field that they had answers to most of our questions before we even knew to ask them, and the questions they didn't have answers ready for, they knew how to find answers for us. They came up with a slam dunk of a deal on our house as well because they wanted to make sure we could afford the place without issue. Ashley and Ann have been an incredible asset for my Wife and I and we could never have moved forward into homeownership without both of their help.
