Kerri helped a ton with getting my wife and I into our beautiful new home. While I was deployed, the team at Reality One helped my wife in every aspect of the home search. From traveling home to home around Colorado Springs, to setting us up in a new build and inspecting it along the way. They also gave us all the resources needed to get us through the process. Kerri and her team were essential to us getting us into our home

We had the opportunity to work with Kerri and her team after dealing with a horrible agent! Kerri and her team quickly came in and helped turn things around. She scheduled a fabulous photographer who did a fantastic photo shoot of the property and did an awesome job editing and prepping the photos before going back on the market. Kerri is trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and will do her absolute best to network and get showings into your property. I would highly recommend working with Kerri and her team, she turned a bad experience (not with her) into a solid transaction that would not have taken place without her hard work, marketing, and networking. If you are in a tough market position and need to sell your house, Kerri is the person I'd recommend every time.

We were moving from out of state. We had an idea of where we wanted to be, and had a list of must haves for our family. Kerri was very knowledgeable about the area, had great feedback on different locations based on our family requirements. She worked with us remotely and was able to take us on home tours virtually and even pre-view places we'd find online to see if it was worth our time. We ended up doing a build and she was at all our virtual walks with the builder and was the glue between the builder and us since we couldn't be there in person. We love our new home, our new community, and are looking forward to many happy years in our perfect home.
