Monica knew the neighborhood well, listened attentively to our wants and needs, and gave us her honest opinion. During the negotiating process, she was extremely skilled and stayed in constant communication with us. She answered all of our questions, explained all documents, and made herself available at all times. Before the final closing, she made sure the home was inspected thoroughly and personally attended a final walk through. We were blessed to have Monica as our realtor!
