With my sister‘s estate selling her home required knowledge of estate requirements. Mercie and her team provided the legal and professional services required. Being an out-of-town seller, they worked with local service vendors to provide cleanup, weekly inspections and marketing services. Selling an estate home in a buyers market required specific marketing skills and knowledge of said market. Mercie and her team provided weekly property inspections, buyer showing input and marketing knowledge in order to sell my estate home. Having to deal with all the legal and emotional headaches of selling my sisters estate, mercie and her team went well beyond normal real estate services. They did not just stick a for sale in the front yard and hope somebody called. If you’re dealing with a family estate home or any home for that matter, I cannot recommend more highly Mercie and her team!

Mercie and her team were fantastic to work with and made the whole experience easier for me. They provided expertise in pricing/home value, neighborhoods and property conditions. When we toured properties, they noticed things that I didn't and provided insights as to the possible impact of "issues". I was looking for a property with some rental potential and they had great suggestions about home layouts, decorating, and how to make renting workable. The responsiveness and communication is top-notch; not just with me, the client, but also coordinating with the many others involved in the process (realtors, inspectors, title company, bank, etc). After my purchase, they have continued to assist me with figuring things out in my new home (they came out and fixed my garage door opener!) and have provided great recommendations on vendors in the community. The team is kind, flexible, patient, and knows their stuff!
