Brian is always quick to respond and attend to the needs of his clients.

Throughout the process of buying my home, Brian would answer all my questions, and if he didn’t know the answers, he would find them promptly. There has been no question unanswered for me in the process and any request that I make he had done his best to accomplish those request as best as he possibly could. He went above and beyond for me in certain situations during the process of buying this home and I am thankful that he was my Agent even after the house had closed. I had trouble finding documents about the home warranty or the number to my mailbox and instead of ignoring me which he could’ve done because his job was over, but he didn’t he still attended to my knees and still looked into the questions that I had to make sure that they were answered. He is also very patient and will show you all the homes that you are looking for or that you want to see in a very timely manner.

Best realtor ever

Lauren was absolutely the best realtor I have worked with and I have sold a home 11 times. She brings professionalism, great skill and patience to work any buyer or seller through the process. Buying and especially selling a home is a most stressful time and having a realtor who understands both sides of the transaction and can give cogent and efficient advice and guidance is invaluable. We had multiple engagements to sell our home and Lauren provided excellent guidance on the proposals we received and how best to respond, counter or accept. I never felt like she was impatient or just eager to get the deal done. Lauren Trent is easily the best realtor I have worked with out of a field of well over 20 instances and transactions.
