Jennifer is talented, responsive, adaptable, and trustworthy. These are the qualities I found in her. She took care of every aspect of my process, including overseeing a FULL renovation project of the interior, and helping me with my home insurance claim. She kept me well informed and updated using emails, texts, and phone calls... Very responsive, and adaptable! She put my house on the market, and it was under CONTRACT in 7 days... And SOLD/CLOSED after only 32 days... Is there another Realtor that can do that???... She's extremely talented! I currently live in Germany. Exception service, trusted partner, outstanding support
Working with Sheena Crompton of The Fletcher Team was an outstanding experience. I was selling my mother's home in Colorado while living on the east coast, so I needed someone I could completely trust to manage the property on my behalf. Sheena exceeded every expectation. She took the time to get to know me and my brother before we listed the house. She was the only agent we interviewed (we interviewed 4 agents) who showed any interest in us before talking about the house and her approach. She was thorough and came prepared with market comps and suggestions on how to best prepare the house for sale. From the beginning, she took ownership of every aspect of the sale process. She coordinated professional staging, provided excellent recommendations to maximize the home's appeal, and regularly checked on the property after I had moved away. Her communication was proactive, timely, and thorough, giving me confidence that everything was being handled properly despite the distance.
