Kristen helped with both the purchase and the sale of our home. She’s a fantastic communicator, touching base frequently, kept us informed. The only piece of feedback I had was that we felt a little unprepared for our appraisal walk-through and didn’t have all the information that the appraiser asked for. But I don’t really blame that on Kristen because I know each appraiser can be a bit different. Our house appraised a little lower than expected, not sure how much was just to do with that appraiser, but Kristen had been up front with us about what to expect with that as a possibility. Otherwise a 5 star great experience. She is professional and coordinates everything well. She answered all our questions.
