As first-time home sellers, we had no idea what to expect but Kristen made it easy. She was proactive, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made sure we always knew what was happening and why. What could've been overwhelming felt manageable from start to finish. We had a different realtor that was giving us major cause for concern and things were turning ugly. We sought out Amy’s group from a prior excellent experience and Kristen was her recommendation. Thank goodness for both these ladies! Kristen stepped in professionally, succinctly, and got us back on track. She went to bat for us and gave great recommendations when we were unsure how much to push for in the negotiation. She stayed on deadlines so we didn’t have to, met inspectors so we had boots on the ground even though we weren’t there, and held her ground on last minute details that needed to be hashed out before close. I could not have asked for a better person to handle the biggest purchase of our lives, and we are very grateful for having had her as our realtor!
Kristen has been amazing to work with over the years. We have now sold two homes with her, and bought one, and about to buy another. I honestly don't think I could trust anyone else that is as thorough and attentive as Kristin when buying or selling a home. I'd rate 6 stars if I could!
