Holly was always quick to respond to my texts whenever I had a question, but what I appreciated most was that she never relied solely on text messages to communicate important information. If I had a question or concern that required more explanation, she would take the time to schedule an in-person meeting so we could sit down together and go over it in detail. She made sure I fully understood the answer, rather than simply sending me a quick response and moving on. That level of personal attention made me feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Holly was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the area where I purchased my home, honest and straightforward when it came to negotiations, and consistently professional throughout the entire process.
