We originally intended to just tour a few homes and see what the process of homebuying would look like, but when we met Landon and toured a few houses with him, our trepidation changed. Landon walked us through what the entire process would look like from start to finish, as first time homebuyers. He went over terms a "newbie" would not know, and the pros and cons of first-time buyers in Colorado. It was a new experience for all of us, and he was quick to respond to our questions, and honest when he wasn't sure of an answer.
