Joan is more than we ever expected a realtor to be. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Joan is kind and so very approachable. Joan goes the extra mile , in fact, she brought in a bed for my husband to sleep on after the furniture was moved. He stayed behind to finish tax season and waited for the house to sell.
