His competitive market strategy allowed us to understand the value so we made an offer. He was then able to follow through with strong negotiation on our behalf, and secure the deal. He got us to close in 15 days. If that wasn’t enough, he then introduced us to a great handyman to do some work on the place. So highly recommend and we will definitely use him again.
