I lost my job and knew we would be unable to pay the mortgage on one income. We were about to take an Open Door offer then we spoke with Mike and I could not have made a better choice. This saved us paying any further months on our mortgage which saved us a ton of money. When we worked with Scott to purchase our home he was very flexible. We lived out of state. When ever we were in Colorado he would find the time so we could look at houses. He also showed homes to our daughter in law and let her FaceTime us so we could see the home. He never rushed us. He understood our timeline.
