Her husband Trey is a pleasure, John knows areas and home systems and was quick to point out areas of concern, Rick is wonderful with negotiating any needed repairs and Caitlin the client coordinator pulled everything together. I’ve worked with eight realtors over the years, and Phillip is hands down the best. From start to finish, he was exceptionally communicative, professional, and proactive. This was an out-of-state transaction for us, which could have been stressful, but Phillip made the entire process feel seamless and effortless. He anticipated questions before we asked them, handled details quickly and thoroughly, and made sure nothing ever slipped through the cracks. What truly sets Phillip apart is that he goes far beyond the typical role of a realtor. A perfect example: it was snowing heavily during our move in day, which could have been a disaster since all our tools were packed. However without asking, Phillip coordinated our driveway being salted so we could safely pull in and start unpacking. Amy was fantastic to work with to buy our new home. We called her after having not such a great experience with another agent. She met with us, listened to what we were looking for and developed a plan to help us go find it. We loved the house we were in, so finding another one that we loved as much was challenging. Amy was INCREDIBLY patient with us, scheduling showings, analyzing the market and ensuring that we were getting a home with the opportunity to increase equity over time. But, Amy's super power is in negotiation, contract review and the critical home inspection process. We were under contract to buy at one point and the home had inspection issues, Amy was able to get a structural engineer out the NEXT day to help us evaluate the long term impact. When we finally found our new home, Amy was there every step of the way, explaining contract terms, helping us understand the ins and outs of the home inspection report and negotiating inspection resolution. We've used Amy twice now and we would recommend her to anyone contemplating a move.
