We were never in doubt about what he and his team were doing or what we should be doing to make the sale process effective. He texted and called right away if we needed anything or if there were any developments on the sale. DILIGENCE - Chris never dropped the ball, and on the one occasion that one of his vendors slipped, he fixed the situation effectively and immediately. ATTITUDE - Like most, we sometimes found the sale process stressful. But Chris approached every interaction and every situation with a mix of energy, levity, and professionalism that put us at ease. He was skilled at defusing any worry on our side and making everyone feel good about the deal. KNOWLEDGE - Chris knew the market and his insight regarding pricing was very valuable. He also has so much experience, he knew how and when to head off any issues before they became problems.
